Many children's hospitals have a classroom and a teacher for kids who are in the hospital for a while. For shorter stays, if you feel up to it, your parents can have your schoolwork sent home or to the hospital.
If you're not feeling great and you don't think you can keep up with the schoolwork, your school will understand and give you extra time when you go back.
